Right from TV, AC to Remote control, nothing was working correctly. very poor billing and reception support was pathetic.

Very bad service, rude staff, looking for ways to charge you more, locks not working for the rooms and then they suggest that you can keep the door open and go out we won't steal anything instead of getting it repaired! not at all worth the price!

The hotel lacks even ordinary amenities. The staff is inadequate and though courteous have no management resources at hand to do justice to job. It's all about owner's neglect

The room assigned to me was quite ok, though not to my expectations. Service is pathetic, and response very slow. Ordered food took almost 2 and half hrs to deliver. Staff is not yet all caring. Stay was not worth the money spent.
